Surgical: ARTAS Robotic Hair Transplantation
ARTAS Robotic Hair Transplant
Now there’s a permanent and natural looking solution for hair loss. And nobody has to know you’ve had treatment. The ARTAS Procedure at NewGen Restoration utilizes advanced digital technology and precision robotics to transplant permanent hair from the back of the head into thinning areas, where it grows naturally as before. It’s not new hair — it’s your hair — that you can wear in any style with confidence.
What is the ARTAS Procedure?
The ARTAS Procedure restores your hair by transplanting permanent hair from the back or side of the head into thinning areas. It’s a technique called follicular unit extraction, or FUE.
Dr. Samuels uses the ARTAS System to digitally scan areas of the scalp, identifying hair in its natural groupings. Selected hair is then precisely removed, using the image-guidance features of the ARTAS System. Most of your hair is left in place so that the area retains its natural appearance.
The hair is then transplanted into thinning areas by Dr. Samuels. This transplanted hair will grow naturally in its new location, just as it did before.
Minimally invasive, outpatient procedure

Pnenomenal 5% Transection Rate Means More Usable Hair Follicles
Accidental transection, or slicing, of a hair follicle can render it useless. Other hair replacement techniques have a transection rate of up to 25 percent. ARTAS robotic FUE preserves the integrity of virtually every hair follicle.
